The Val D’Arzino (Arzino Valley) is in the Carnic Prealps, in the province of Pordenone. The Arzino river runs across it and its districts are characterised by an important natural and historical heritage. Sights include Monte Prat, the Count Ceconi di Pielungo castle, Clauzetto, known as the “balcony of Friuli” for its geographical position, and Regional Nature Reserve of Lake Cornino, established to conserve the griffon vulture.
