The Lodge Villaverde
Within the 85 hectares of the Villaverde Championship Golf Course, overlooking the green of hole 9, there are four residences, the Villaverde Lodges. Eight elegant apartments, tastefully furnished and featuring picture windows that frame the golf course and the incredible landscape over the hills through a constant dialogue between the inside and the outside for an intense experience of the surrounding nature. The Lodges are the perfect choice for mid- to long-term stays, not just for families but also for business people and sportsmen and women.
Their specific geographic location, in the municipality of Fagagna, means guests can easily and quickly reach the most beautiful areas of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a pearl in the north east of Italy. The four residences are made up of two apartments: a ground floor studio and a Deluxe, 2-room apartment on the upper floor. The Duplex, the entire residence where the two floors are connected by an internal staircase, is perfect for large families or groups of friends.
Pets are always welcome, and an additional fee is due.

With an area of 41 square metres, it includes: a closet for golf bags, sports equipment or bicycles; a wardrobe with shelf and clothes rail; bathroom with toilet; bathroom area with generous shower, double washbasin, shelves, drawers; double bed (or single beds); table with two chairs; hideaway kitchen with two induction rings, sink, shelf and compartments for 2-person kitchen set, small fridge and kettle. The large picture window looks out onto the spectacular golf course. The apartment is cleaned on the day of departure or, upon request, during the stay. This space has no architectural barriers.
It has a surface of 98 m2. A stairway leads from the entrance door to the open space, where there is a kitchen and a living room, characterized by a large window to enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen is designed with an equipped area with a two-burner induction cooker, a sink, a fridge, a kettle and some closets kitchen sets for six people. The living room is furnished with a sofa and two mobile poufs. The sofa can be used to sleep on if necessary. There are a table and six chairs and a television in the living room as well. The sleeping area is closed off with a sliding door and is composed of two communicating bedrooms. The first has a double bed (or two twin beds) with an open dividing closet with shelves, drawers and a coat rack. There is a bathroom with a big shower. There is a door to reach the second bedroom that also has a double bed (or two twin beds) with an open closet with shelves, a coat rack, drawers and a safe. This room has a bathroom with a toilet and, close to it, an area with two washbasins, drawers and a hair dryer. All the rooms in the Deluxe apartment have large picture windows. Wi-Fi is installed in the apartment.

Renting is permitted for a maximum of 3 consecutive months. Included in the price: bathroom and bedroom linen, crockery, air conditioning, heating, water, electricity, cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom on the day of departure. Excluded from the price: anything not listed above.

- The Villaverde Lodges can be reached by car or with a cart.
- They are located on the green of hole 9, a short walk from the Club House and about 500 metres from the Resort reception.
- Each residence has two reserved parking spaces located at the entrance to the apartments.
- Each parking space is equipped with a slow charging station for electric cars: it is recommended to leave your car charging overnight.
- Golfing guests can hire a golf cart at the reception of the Udine Golf Club and recharge it using the iron column located in front of the entrance to their apartment.
- The intercom system in the residences is connected to the resort reception, and access to the apartments is via electronic key.
- Upon arrival, guests will find bedrooms and bathrooms prepared according to the number of occupants. For further information on the provision of linen for the living and sleeping areas, as well as on the extra services available, please contact the concierge.
- Dogs and cats are welcome; their presence incurs an additional charge.
