The Turkish bath runs at a temperature of “40-50°C” and a humidity of “90% - 100%”. You will find yourself immersed in a cloud of steam which has a very fine molecular structure. Kept at a hot but nevertheless not unpleasant temperature, it acts on the skin, causing the pores to dilate and promoting lymphatic and blood circulation, resulting in toxins being eliminated from the body.
